Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 12 September 2026
1 · Permitted sending
You may send transactional email (order confirmations, account notifications, replies) and permission-based promotional email (newsletters, product updates) to recipients who consented to receive them and where you can prove that consent.
2 · Prohibited sending and content
You must not send cold outreach to recipients with no prior relationship; email to purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested lists; unsolicited bulk email; deceptive subject lines or sender identities; phishing, malware, or links to malicious content; or content that is illegal in Bangladesh or infringes third-party rights.
3 · Authentication required
All outbound mail must pass SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, which the platform enforces. Promotional mail must include a valid List-Unsubscribe header and the Precedence: bulk header. You must not forge headers or relay through the Service to disguise origin.
4 · Deliverability enforcement
The platform monitors hard-bounce and spam-complaint rates. When hard bounces exceed 5% of sent mail, or spam complaints exceed 0.1%, the sending queue is suspended pending review. Repeated or serious violations lead to account suspension. We do not silently delete mail during suspension; held mail resumes after the issue is resolved or the cycle resets.
5 · Reporting abuse
Report abuse to support@barrzen.com. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and act on confirmed violations per Section 4.
6 · Changes
We may update this AUP with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
